Aragorth
recently I had over 2000 overall wn8 shown in game and today it dropped down to 1705. I have no idea why? In a couple of last days I was checking my wn8 on many stats pages but most of them were showing different stats than ingame xvm, only 2 stat websites were showing same ratio (>2k). But yesterday on one of those two pages it changed to something like 1700. I was thinking "hmm...ok maybe they changed something on their website". And after that one day later (today) it also changed on ingame xvm - to 1705... I have over 2000 battles played and yes I did account reset some time ago. Maybe it's because xvm have problem with reseted accounts to count their stats? @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites

Aragorth
Yes, about 200 fights. Why? If it's a reason it means they needed to change his calculations in xvm yesterday evening? Cause I was playing a lot yesterday and few times updating my stats on xvm website using "update" button. And drop happend instantly in the evening 1 1 @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
bograd
I dont know when it happend but the Skorpion is definitely the reason. I dont think the Skorpion's wn8 expected values are final. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
13
Yesterday we've fixed a bug which caused erroneous exaggeration of WN8 values in some cases. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
Wivode
My WN8 is now lower then any website displaying players WN8. (wotlabs, wotstats, noobmeter) Wotlabs does not even have data for the Skorpian yet, so all the battles in it wont even count towards the wn8 on the site, but somehow my WN8 is higher on there. It does not make sense. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
VirusViper
Ok this topic answered my initial question of why my wn8 dropped but my other issue is mine won't go up anymore??? I checked the site it says last updated 1 September which is after it went down and I've played many progressive games before 1st Sep and still no change is something wrong with the wn8 tracker? Thanks. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites

Thanks. No, there has been a fix, to prevent unreasonably high WN8 stats for tanks without WN expected values. Currently, XVM (and some other stats sites) doesn't count battles on tanks without expected values at all. Once the values for these tanks come out, all the battles on them will be counted and calculated. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
