You guys do a great job with XVM.

 

I would like to suggest you add some additional statistical macros if you deem practical.

 

Some of us find the WN6, EFF, and other ratings of little use because of the inherent bias in the formula used to calculate.

 

The following would be useful to have in OTM as an indicator of opponent prowess.

 

Hit Ratio in Percent
{{hitrate}}     - total of all vehicles played. Same as in service record battle performance window. 2 chars
{{t-hitrate}}   - for current vehicle. Same as in service record battle performance window. 2 chars


Average Damage Inflicted Per Battle
{{avgdmg}}      - total of all vehicles played. Same as in service record BP window 4 chars max in form 1234
{{t-avgdmg}}    - with current vehicle. Same as in service record BP window 4 chars max in form 1234


Kill to Death Ratio
{{kdratio}}     - total of all vehicles played. (kills/(battles-survived)). 3 chars in form 1.5 or 0.7
{{t-kdratio}}   - for current vehicle. (kills/(t-battles-survived)). 3 chars in form 1.5 or 0.7


Damage Caused to Damage Received Ratio
{{dmgcr}}       - total of all vehicles played. (damage caused/damage received). 3 chars in form 1.5 or 0.7
{{t-dmgcr}}     - total of all vehicles played. (damage caused/damage received). 3 chars in form 1.5 or 0.7

it will not give any useful info. You never know if one plays artillery a lot, or medium tanks.

same with this. It will include statictics both 10lvl and 1lvl vehicles, so the one who makes 1k per 1lvl battle is not equally skilled comparing to some other with even 2k per 10lvl game expirience.

does it include hitrate? Or maybe winrate?

normal hitrate for artillery is 45-30%, while tanks (excluding low-level) have approximately 70%

Good point. Those your refer to are not useful when taken into global total battles or damage because you do not know what the information relates to. I revise to request only 4 macros on a per vehicle basis so you see what your opponent in battle right now has done with the vehicle he is driving. Still request:

Your point illustrates exactly the same problem I have with EFF, WN6, and TWR. They are just calculations done by an algorithm created by somebody based on their personal OPINION of what constitutes player efficiency or skill. Meaningless to anybody else. As a former US president said, "There are lies, there are dam_ lies, and then there are statistics!".

once again, I'll try to correct you. Goog artillery player has this ratio close to 3...4, as they have low HP.0 So 1.5 to 0.7 is not enough for some cases.

No, I think you misunderstand . The numbers I used in the post 1.5 or 0.7 is not a range. It is the format of the significant digits of the number, so for a high ratio arty as you suggest the possible range that 1 significant digit left and right of the decimal place  could be 9.9 to 0.1.
