Here's a translation of a dev's (Mr 13) quote: "Comments are temprorarily disabled on the server. The error message will disappear when the service will be turned back on. No additional actions from users required." Комментарии временно отключены на стороне сервера. Сообщение перестанет появляться, когда сервис будет включен.
