for Posted November 24, 2015 Share Posted November 24, 2015 Hi, we have two different IS-2 tanks with the same name (IS-2) in the game, since Wargaming implemented a second IS-2 as premium tank, but didn't make the name unique as they did with the "Cromwell B" or "Rudy". These tanks are somehow different (i.e. HEAT vs. APCR shells) so it would be nice to know which one you have to fight. I have seen that I can use the vehicleNames.xc to make use own names for any tank. So I updated the following line in my vehicleNames.xc. "ussr-R71_IS_2B": {"name": "IS-2 B", "short": "IS-2 B"}, So the idea would be to make this by default. The question is more like whether you see it as your task to do work arounds for mistakes done by WG or whether you want keep your config files clean and let the users decide what they want do with it. ~cu @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites More sharing options...
