Clan icons Not Working

No clan Icons are showing up for any clans. I am in a top 40 ELU clan, so my tags (-FU-) should show up for any given battle.

 

I have tried both the general 6.0.0.3 build and the nightly update 3878 build. I am currently running the 3878 build, which is the source of all attached files.

 

Except changing xvm.xc.sample to xvm.xc, I have not changed any config files. I am not running any other mods, so this is a completely standard, no changes setup.

 

I've tried running several matches and replays and have not had the icons appear.

 

I've tried disabling AV and Windows Firewall, and running the game, with no change. I'm currently running AVG.

Clan Icons are still not working.  I've even put the files in both of these folders:

 

C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\res\clanicons

C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\res\clanicons\NA

Correct positioning of icons:

 

For players icons -->   "\res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\res\clanicons\NA\nick\"

For clan icons      -->   "\res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\res\clanicons\NA\clan\"

 

Icons clans TOP100 rated ELO automatically downloaded from the server XVM.

Putting the icons in clan folder got the local icons working.  However, I still don't have the ELO Top100 icons working - they aren't downloading, and I'd really prefer that over the local files.
