Filter by Parameters - Premium Vehicles button does not stay highlighted

I am using XVM Version 8.8.1_0006 but I have been having this issue for a long time and finally decided to create a post about it :)

 

When you open the "Filter by Parameters" menu and choose "Premium Vehicles", the button highlights like it is supposed to but when you close the menu and reopen it the "Premium Vehicles" button is no longer highlighted in the "Filter by Parameters" menu.
