XVM client not activating Mk2

Hello all,

 

Unfortunately my client is no longer registering as activated for a second time, exactly the same issue where the XVM website is prompting me to log in with a new client no matter how many times I try to get it to register. Same as last time I have waited 24hrs to see if time will alleviate the problem yet this time it has not budged... so here I am yet again.

 

The only error in my XVM log is below;

However this did not affect the  function of XVM as it has worked perfectly after this initial activation teething problem.

 

This time around I think it may be due to my access to the XVM statistics expiring and somehow it has not renewed itself and simply begun looking for a new client all over again.

 

Any help or input appreciated, flaming of my idiocy is also encouraged so as long you point me in the right direction.

1. Install XVM from official source.
2. Press "Activate services" in your personal area on XVM's official website and make a screenshot of this area when it's done.
3. Start the game client.
4. If it did not help, close the game client and attach screenshot from step #2 and XVM.log from the game folder.
