autoReloadConfig does not work for clock.xc?

Hello,

 

I have autoReloadConfig set to true. It works in hangar i.e. for carousel.xc or hangar.xc, but it does not for clock.xc. I must restart game to see change. Is it so intended?

I am using latest nightly build. Thanks!
