Please attach your hitLog.xc here or you can modify it by yourself: 

// Y position (negative values - bind to bottom side of screen).
// Позиция Y (отрицательные значения - привязать к нижней стороне экрана).
"y": 40,

This is from default XVM config. If you decrease "y" value - your hitlog will be displayed more close to top side.

If you want to use non-default config, you need to rename boot config file:
      \res_mods\configs\xvm\xvm.xc.sample to xvm.xc
    See further instructions inside the file.

Hi,

I do not see (like on previous version) my dammage pannel (which tank shot me, the amunition type, hp lost...). I tried to do your trick above but the pannel is still not visible. Is it the hitLog or another file I have to modify ?

damage panel is not a part of xvm. Open a thread and discribe a problem, also attach the pyton.log (from wot folder) there
