karlis Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 hello, it's been a few weeks since i started playing and i decided that i wanted to install XVM. however, i can't get it to work. my situation is kind of unique, because i am running english client on RU region servers, because i wanted to play with my friends that play that. from the XVM log it seems that regions isn't the issue though. karlis Posted July 17, 2014 Author Share Posted July 17, 2014 (edited) ok, sorry that i did not explain that, i thought that error code would be enough. either way, it pretty much breaks any part of UI that has color coding, including radar icons, which appear white on the top of the screen and invisible on the mini map, all nick labels, which just dissapear, and player list, which shows "0" kills for everyone and their statistic and names are both "null". i thought it could be related to XVM trying to connect to wrong region to poll for data, but with this error code it doesn't seem like the case for me. EDIT:screenshots PS: i am aware that this ping is bad, that is another temporary issue with my internet provider atm.
