No, this option will not be available in XVM, because stats is not private in game(by design, by wg decision, etc). XVM is just a tool, which shows public information in a convenient way. So, if you want to make your stats private, you should ask WG. But they have already given an answer to this question, as they said: stats will remain public forever.
