@Trickytrev It looks like your browser cannot load some important resources that are needed to render the page. Press CTRL+SHIFT+J (this will open a console with a log). Take a screenshot of the log. PS. I'm 69% sure that your problem is due to outdated Windows 7 and you need to install updates. Especially KB3020369 and KB3125574. But better, install all the updates that are available in Windows Update.
