Polish TD's after T8 dont show up in HitLog

The Polish TD branch when the get the Distance Based Damage stop outputting results into the HitLog, except when they do Ramming or Burnig Damage. If buring damge is dealt, it and the buring damage itself AND the damage dealt by the shot is shown as a sningle burn damage.
