help! cant connect to xvm

my account is activated，but cant get any xvm date in game. I tried lots of ways: reinstall the game、mod.  doesnot work. here is my xvm log. help!!!

@nodens Ok, so this link opens fine in the browser, but the mod can't connect to it. So something is stopping him from doing it. Most likely an incorrectly configured antivirus or firewall.

I only use  windows defender, I didnot change any settings，xvm usually works fine until wot updated to 1.18.0.3

i tried to turn off windows firewall，it still doesnt work. and I also tried to log into the game with another computer, xvm works well，why is this？I am really confused
