yum01kid
Hi I haven't used XVM for 6+ months. Downloaded from the official www.modxvm.com website and installed as per instructions (automatically installed into game directory, logged in and activated services)(also tried downloading the zip file and manually copying over the xvm files) Ran WoT as per normal, but XVM doesn't load. WoT game operates as per normal but no sign of XVM running i.e. no mention of XVM in the hanger or in game. Looks like XVM hasn't started. I then tried an XVM package (ASLAINS) which i used to run in the past. Same thing - no XVM features I uninstalled the WoT game, reinstalled WoT, and installed XVM again - still no XVM If i manually drop a mod into the appropriate res_mods folder (0.9.19.1), it works. But no XVM. (reading the python.log - it finds the mod) removed the manually droped mod. reading old posts - is there other applications i need to install on my PC? (i tried installing Dokan but that didn't help) No XVM.log in the WoT directory - is this a sign that XVM isnt starting/loading? There is a PYTHON.log - and it doesn't find any mods (attached) Is there something on my PC that could be blocking XVM? (only protection I run is windows defender) Any help appreciated Thanks python.log Edited August 7, 2017 by yum01kid Link to comment Short link Share on other sites

sirmax
You did something wrong - game cannot find the mod. Try to completely remove and install the game. Link to comment Short link Share on other sites

SRQFlyer
attached python.log from newly installed WoT You do not have anything install per the log. 2017-08-09 10:42:35.125: INFO: [PY_DEBUG] Checking ./res_mods/0.9.19.1: mods not found 2017-08-09 10:42:35.125: INFO: [PY_DEBUG] Checking ./mods/0.9.19.1: mods not found What is the exact location you are putting the files? You need to copy the XVM folder into WOT folder and not into a sub folder. Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
yum01kid
installed XVM from the official website using the auto exe installer xvm-6.8.1.exe (also tried manually extracting to WoT game folder from xvm-6.8.1.zip and that didn't work either) attached a screen shot of files/folders in the ./Word_of Tanks/ folder screen shot of XVM folder. I assume it is in the correct location? .\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\configs\xvm\ Posted screen shots of .\mods\0.19.9.1\ and .\mods\0.19.9.1.1\ and .\res_mods\0.19.9.1\ and .\res_mods\0.19.9.1.1\ .\mods\0.19.9.1.1\ has the file com.modxvm.xfw_6.8.1.891.wotmod in it The other"mod" folders are empty Is this correct? sirmax
ASIA client is not updated for 0.9.19.1.1, so you need to install XVM 6.8.0 (Compatible with World of Tanks 9.19.1) Edited August 9, 2017 by sirmax Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
