Не запускается оленемер

День добрый! Помогите разобраться. Старая версия 3,4,0 работала безотказно в 0,8,4. Новую установил 3,5,0 - не грузится.

Пишет следующее:

Поставил Net 3.5. Все заработало!!! Огромное спасибо!!!
