I don't see where I can activate my XVM services. Please help.

I downloaded XVM and wanted to activate my services so I could use it on World of Tanks. Last time I checked, it was located where this gray bar was at which I have showed in the attached file to this post. I have turned off all adblock programs. I still yet to see the activate services icon. If it got moved somewhere(which I highly doubt) where is it? I wish to activate my services so I may use my XVM yet again.
