Moving player panel not working

I had been using the following code in the elements.xc file with build 5010 for WOT 9.12 with no issues:

   },

 

With 9.13, I updated to build 5074 and the same code is no longer moving the panels.  It is throwing 30,000 errors in the XVM log.
