Battle Timer & Sixth Sense not showing correctly with 2x UI scaling

Two problems I can't resolve at 3840x2160 (4k) with 2x ui scaling:

1) Six Sense icon is stuck at the right side of the screen.  All sorts of editing elements.xc has no effect, it simply won't move.  I tried absolute values, width / X, sixthSenseIndicator._x +/- X, nothing.  Nothing has any effect on the location of the sixth sense icon.

 

2) Loading a new game the battle timer does not display.  If I switch to 1x UI scale and then back to 2x scale it works properly. 

 

Any ideas?
