XVM stats won't stay active

I go to modxvm, activate services and play a game all is good. Next game no info in over target markets, just squres in place of text. Go to modxvm and activate services is selectable again (sometimes) I can restart WoT and have stats for one he again. Modxvm never says prolong stats, says I have 8 days remaining.

 

Please help me solve this!

Sorry for double post,language keeps going back to Russian on my phone and i wasnt sure what to click last night.
