XVM no more stats

For 1 month I can't have xvm stats: when I want to activate the service, it writes : "you can't add new client. You have active resquest to add new client. Now you need login to the game using a new client". 
 

So I followed the advice, and to do so I re-download the game and all of my mods. But then, when I want to activate the stats,  that message always appears (see the image).

I can't say more to help you solving my problem, that's all what I got (informations).

 

Thanks for reading my post and maybe to solve my problem, I really need those stats and I really miss them.

pasting the log as text here was a very bad idea, the better way is to attach a file by pressing "more options" button

Black screen with some white digits and letters opened and after couple of seconds closed. Number of lines in this black window was increasing. What next?

when i start the game on the right side i can see that xvm connection is timed out.

What next?

 You had to show a screenshot of those "some white digits"   
It is network issue and you have to find on which stage the connection to stat server is interfered.

 this trace means that the network works well. The next point is to check your antivirus/firewall software.

 In case of kaspersky the helpful action is its complete shutdown. I'm not sure about AVG. The only thing I may assure you about is that problem is with your PC, now with XVM servers.
