Own stats not showing

On my NA server account, I am unable to see my own or other players stats in game on the NA server east.

 

I don't have this problem when I play on my EU server account,(my natural server) as I live in the uk

 

I have tried un-installing  and re-installing XVM

update and activate regular

 

Any Ideas

Hey guys, can someone please help me?

I have made new acc for WOT and my stats aren't shown :/
When I log on my old acc, stats are shown and updated regulary, but when I log on my new acc, I see stats of other players, but I can't see my own stats.
I have tried to activate service on www.modxvm.com, and there I get the message:"You can't add new client. You have active request for add new client. Now you need login to the game using new client."
I also tried to update statistics multiple times, but it didn't help.
I don't know what's wrong guys, please help! :(
