Exactly meaning of {{v.wn8expd}} ?

What does the hangar macro {{v.wn8expd}} excatly mean? Documentation says "WN8 expected tank damage", but which WN8 rating is this here?

Does it mean how many damage I have to deal to reach my current personal WN8 rating?

No. WN8 rating has a table of expected values (JSON), (HTML, not sure if up to date), that are a basis for calculations. These values are something like "normal player will have %value% dmg on this tank", they do not encount your skill directly.

If you reach those numbers, you'll get approximately 1500 WN8

that site has it's own rating - PR, and it's own reference values as well.
