BUG in clock format 12 hr macro

ok I have been testing the 12hr format option in the clock in hangar, I am getting some odd results, if it is for example 00:01 - 00:59 the macro {{H}} produces result 0:01 -0:59. is there something I am missing as far as a replacement string? This couldn't have been the intended design of this function and/or macro could it have been?

I wonder if formatting rules apply to clock and you should force leading zero too?

Yes, they do.

mine is {{h%02d}}:{{m%02d}}:{{s%02d}}

Nixxie I can force a leading 0 but still, it does not relay 12AM (midnight) as being 12am, it shows it as 00:00, which should not be the default for a 12 hr formatted clock.
