Seperate "shell container reloaded" sound event?

As it is, there is no differentiation in gui.fev between "shell reloaded" and "shell container reloaded". This means that any gun using a shell clip/container (e.g. machineguns, autocannons, etc) with a voice mod that includes reload notifications, results in a lot of voice spam as a notification is sounded each time the next shot is ready.

 

Would it be possible for XVM to detect clip/container readiness, and provide the ability to assign a set of sounds to it? (as you can for Sixth Sense for example).
