XVM ratings error - showing efficiency "1"

First of all, sorry if this is not the appropriate sub-forum for this thread.

 

As the title says i've been having this problem with XVM for the past couple of days, showing my ratings in red color with efficiency "1" (or "00" with XVM scale) ...when in fact, my actual efficiency is "1278" ("65" on XVM scale) at the moment. But it does show my correct win rate and number of battles. The problem is only with efficiency.

 

Can anyone tell me why and how i can fix this error ?

there might be some error in interaction of XVM an WG servers while updating your profile. It will be fixed automatically at next update (approximately in a week). If not so - let us know.
