Where is version 3.0.3? XVM said ingame a version 3.0.3 exist, but nothing new to download...

Everytime timeout since 2.3.1 comes out. What's up with the XVM servers?? 2.2 works fine and 2.3.1 stops working with EU? Where are the download links from XVM gone? Not all players understand russian language. :)
