  1. Go to Games\World_of_Tanks\res\packages and extract the scripts.pkg file, leave it at the same folder (so you'll have both the compressed scripts.pkg and the uncompressed file). Now, for the blender part, the textures will appear when you change the viewport shading to material. Texture mode does not show the textures by default, but you can make textures appear in this mode by: 1. Selecting a part of the tank (let's say the hull) 2. Turning to edit mode 3. Selecting all vertices/edges/faces while in edit mode (model should be orange-ish) 4. Going in to the UV/Image Editor (You'll see that the UVs for the model are already done) 5. Changing the image to the corresponding texture (hull_AM for the normal color texture).
