I am running windows XP if it matters. .net is suppose to be 3.5 version. I uninstalled the 4.0 .net earlier. Does anyone have any idea why game won't start with xvm-stat icon?

Can someone help please I have looked everywhere I can find for an answer but I'm not a programmer and I don't see anything about connection string in that config file?
