  1. edit - just updated my config with the new circles, problem is still there. While I was at it, I removed all mods and just used XVM. My mods arnt the problem. Something is either wrong with my config or XVM XVM.xvmconf
  2. Hi! Until 0.9.0 my OTM looked like this: Now with 0.9.1 the healthbar is gone - without that I did change anything in my config. What do I have to change in my config to get the old look back? 2nd "problem": In 0.9.0 if you or an other tank did damage to some one, the floating damage above the tank had the same color and font. Now with the "new" XVM that changed and there are different fonts and colors, depending on whether I did the damage or an other player. How can I get the old behavior back? Again I didnt change anything in my config. My config is attached below. Thanks for your time! Folterknecht XVM.xvmconf
  3. good question, I d also like to know that.
  4. informative answer and yes I m aware that you guys expresse the percentage of the playerbase a player belongs to in relation to WN or whatever rating. But sadly that doesnt tell that much, uninformative even in my opinion. Mayority of players at least on EU and I also think on NA Server, is more interested in the WN/Eff/PR value itself, because its easier to compare with your own rating to get an idea of the oponent. I dont think that people are interested in memorizing the exact player distribution for Eff/WN over the entire server. And in the extremes it gets meaningless anyway. - My opinion about that subject. Pls note that I didnt mention RU server intentionally.
  5. Every place in garage or battle where one could use your XVM-scale even in company windows for example, the WN or Eff values could have also been displayed. I cant remember a place where there wasnt enough space for a 4 digit number instead of 2 digit. Ofc I dont know why you guys came up with that scale to beginn with - I dont speak russian aside from a few words. My native language is german ... so I dont read the russian forums, be it the official WoT forum or this one here.
  6. yeah - and that XVM Scale you guys came up with wasnt that informative to beginn with, more of the opposite imo. It was good enough to illustrate the difference between an average player, a noob and a unicum. After that it usefullness ended more or less. It "compressed" the lower and upper ends of the skill spectrum even more than, than the old Eff-Scale. In my opinion there its a big difference if I m facing some one with 2000 or 2500 WN7.
  7. wrong http://wiki.wnefficiency.net/pages/WN8#Scale Furthermore I hope that I ll get a russian translation of the WN8 summary within 1-2 weeks. And before you come up with a scale of your please contact Praetor77 - WN8 switched to a ratio scale comapred to WN7/Eff/PR which use a interval scale.
  8. @Mr A: while you re at it - could you guys also implement a basic calculator beside a clock into xvm accessible via an icon in garage?
  9. nice - will keep an eye on the changelogs of upcoming versions.
  10. Hi! Is there a possibility to display a clock in hangar via XVM? I did look into the readme and the online configurator but didnt find any mention of that ... best regards, Folterknecht ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You might have installed an other minimap mod that is messing around there. At least that was what caused similar problems for me. Just clear out your clompete 0.8.6 folder and test it only with XVM ... Visit me on PTS-TS the next days and I can tell u how to do it; or take a look at my config.
  11. resolved my problem by integrating my old config into the new file/folder structure. Use the following "guide": http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/240832-request-xvm-400-alpha2-config-files/page__pid__4667713#entry4667713
  12. @Mr A: sorry I dont quite get what you are hinting. I m using an "all in one" markers.xc - so there are no other marker files than the linked above. And as you can see there are no settings with "Blown-up!" only "BOOOM!" ... The strange thing is I tested a config from a clan mate (replaced my marker), which resultet in no blow-up message at all. After that I put my markers.xc back in deleting the markers from my friend and now I have the desired "BOOOM!" without changing anything in my config. Is there some kind of cache at work here?
  13. Hi! Question - Why do I still get "Blown-up!" instead of "BOOOM!" diplayed ingame even though I configured the config differently (I attached it)? ... }, "damageText": { "blowupMessage": "BOOM!", "y": -65, "damageMessage": "-{{dmg}}", "color": "0xFFFFFF", "maxRange": 60, "shadow": { "size": 6, "angle": 0, "color": "0xFF0000", "strength": 250, "alpha": 100, "distance": 0 }, ... I m using the latest XVM(stat) version. best regards, Folterknecht markers.xc
  14. Wont I lose the draw distance square on the minimap if I do that? At least thats what a conclude after reading the latest change logs ... . Which file contains the the draw distance square?
  15. 1) Since a few days I often have the following problem: are your servers running at their limit atm or is there an other reason? 2) Is it some how possible to configure the service record (advanced stats) via config? I d like to get the WN6 rating for individual tanks displayed instead of Efficiency, which is BS in my opinion.
