Win8 function not working

Good morning.  I have tried several times to update my Aslains/XVM settings for WoT.  Everything loads fine, except the Win 8 function.  The Win 8 panel loads, but there is no percentage chance to win; it just says 0%.  Is the feature not working?  Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks, but this morning's reload seemed to work.  Win 8 is functioning.
