weu 0 Posted June 8, 2016 Hi,as soon as a user registers for the XVM service he gets a default flag assigned (you can chose your own flag as well) - as far as I noticed depending on the language he activated the service with. But anyway - within the config I can chose between client language flag and XVM set flag. This flag stays with me even after uninstalling XVM from my computer and playing plain vanilla. Is there any option to deregister from XVM service? Not only NOT prolong the service but explicitely deregister? With that it would be rather easy for XVM users to determine "plain vanilla" gamers - NO XVM flag = NO XVM usage (no stats displayed). Just a question if an option like that exists/is planned. More and more players on EU (especially streamers) play vanilla. Would be nice to see that actual even if they were using XVM in the past.THX! weu 0 #332017 Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) Wait 2 weeks. Do nothing. Profit! For me as a former service user - ok. BUT still OTHER users will notice me as a Service user as the FLAG is still activated - users WHO NEVER used XVM (but played plenty of battles so the DO have a statistic) will have NO flag assigned to them. How could any user who does NOT want to prolong the service also get rid of the set flag? Edit: additionally: that's a general question as I am still using the service but would rather like to identify the NON-XVM users ... C.. 14 #332045 Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) I'd rather the flags remain active... You can already determine whether a particular user has XVM active or not via the specific "x" icon: if it's missing, they don't have XVM active, even if they registered at one time and thus have a flag... See below: (Also, if it's gray [like the top row in the image above], they have xvm without stats, and if it's orange [like the bottom row] they have statistics currently activated.) Edit: here's how i have configured my xvm to show the above details: "formatLeftNick": "({{flag%.3s|--}}) {{name%.15s~..}} {{clan}}", "formatRightNick": "{{clan}} {{name%.15s~..}} ({{flag%.3s|--}})", Edited June 8, 2016 by C.. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Short link Share on other sites
