Попробуй воспользоваться поиском по ошибке которую тебе выдает(например "Fingerprint error") и ты увидишь кучу тем. На вскидку тут у тебя одно из двух: антивирус/файрвол блокирует какая то программа подменяет сертификат. Почитай решения тут и здесь и здесь.
