Remove country flag (set back to deafult)?

Hello, I currently have a country flag set on my XVM account. However, I want to remove the flag if possible. I have tried to change the flag setting to default and update the stats, but it wouldn't update the flag. Is it possible to remove the flag or is it something that's impossible?
