I disabled my anti-virus software, i played about 3 hours without anti-virus and still it doesn't work that XVM

Hello, i have problem with XVM when i log in to game this is written there XVM 6.1.2-dev (4403) Network services unavailable. more info TLSFingerprintError("X.509 fingerprint mismatch: 6452ada1d7b15396a76ee9cd8ef1e3e7f8870d60, ['46169f8bd6f743733b23066f5cce2cd3d0392af8', '918154b8f25c74c2bcdeaf767cda7badf7f8a5e1']",) i have exceptions in firewall, also when i turn off anti-virus software it still doesn't work. Also i have updated statistic on xvm site, i dont know what is wrong. Thx for help
