Has xvm not yet updated to this new update or? i installed a mod and i see no xvm on any players.. is this normal ?

Cant get my country flag to show ingame, i see a few of others but mine is never seen why ? i press update everything else works but not this.. not a big deal but if it should work why it doesnt then ?
