no its on true....atm i change the text.xc configs and i use j1mb0s icons but i want to use the one in the picture..even if i install brand new xvm i still cant get it to work i get the old one with cross res_mods.rar

any one can help me? how do i get the xvm spotted system to look like this? i use default xvm and i change only the hitlog and disable the xvm healthbars
