I experienced the same thing, but today i realised, that maybe my firewall is blocking access to the xvm servers...
I just asked for the domain from which the stats are downloaded, so I can make an exception in my firewall rules.

Hope someone postes the domain, and that this is the real issue ^^
Solved:
Added the "bulychev.net" domain to firewall exceptions,
and added "144.76.109.107 proxy2.bulychev.net" to my C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\Hosts
Problem solved - I've got stats again - after 2 months :-) -
I think I have identified the problem...
It seems my firewall blocks access to the XVM-server - silently = I didn't get any warning/popup from my firewall...
Could someone pls tell me the domain from which the stats are downloaded, so I can make an exception in my firewalls block-rules.?.

Just to make sure... Since 8.10, I have no more stats - not even outdated stats - nothing...
Is that what you guys experience as well??
I have tried different XVM-configs (Arasgrandpa/KISS, Aslain, I even build one myself in the editor), but nothing seems to work.
