The problem with the display of tank level

Hello everyone
I have a stupid problem that I can not help it, I downloaded xvm'a which was installed mod

 

"man1aq Contour Mod (0.8.9)"

 

this mod I did not like and downloaded this mod

 

Riskynet's Colored Contour Icons (0.8.9)

 

My problem lies in the fact that during the game the screen on the left and the right are icons of tanks that I wanted, but no Roman numbers which meant tier of the vehicle.

Please help how can I restore it?

@krahs, in the game options check the box:

layout is the same on any language

try to overwrite "PlayersPanel.swf" from xvm archive

and do you have the folder "\res_mods\0.8.9\text\lc_messages\"?

I removed man1aqContourMod and loaded Riskynet's Colored Contour Icons.

@krahs, overwrite "res_mods\0.8.9\gui\scaleform\PlayersPanel.swf" file by the same one from XVM archive

in the pack tiers are blank
