Todeskult
Hi, I recently got back into the game after almost a year of hiatus. I have used XVM basically for one feature only: to have a "non-elite" tanks filter for tanks carousel (plus some other in-garage small features). It was very useful to have in one view tanks that you need to grind through. Now I see with the introduction of 2.0 the filter is gone. I've found some info via Google it's because of a changed UI of the client and now making custom filters in XVM is not possible anymore. Is that true? I understand that now you can make your own lists of tanks (so it suppose to be more flexible), but for me it's not convenient and useful feature, an old-fashion filter would be great: it's simple and doing its job. So my question is: maybe there is a different way to have such filter, possibly with the help of a separate mod? Thx for reading. EDIT: not sure if I have putted my post into correct section, if moderators are feeling like it does not belong here please move it to more appropriate section. Thx and sorry. Todeskult
Hi @EngineExt Thanks, that mod includes some extra filters indeed, however not the one I wanted. And I see it's not customizable, i.e. doesn't feature any config file, etc. It has nice filters for tanks that do have enough XP for Field Modifications (or the tanks that do need a grind to fully unlock all Field Modifications). But no filter for tanks that needs a grind in a sense of not having all modules unlocked and next tank in the tree discovered (which was making such tank "non-elite"). But thanks again, I'll use that mod, it's helpful. Edit: actually it doesn't work anymore with the recent, today client update. It causes the whole tank carousel to disappear. I guess I need to wait for an update by the mod author. Edited January 14 by Todeskult 1 @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
Todeskult
Dang, despite being updated it doesn't work. When you try to access your own filters, edit existing ones, etc, an error shows up: a blank grey screen with note "Something went wrong". You can exit this screen with ESC key, but no other filter would work afterwards and it's even not possible to move your camera around in the garage: you need close the client, remove the mod. @ Quote Link to comment Short link Share on other sites
