I will close this thread for now. Their are some possiblities to use BigWorld technology engine or emulate kind of mod testing assistance, creating or debugging mods. Thank you for your curiosity. :honoring:

@a061vk Try this: https://github.com/hi-skittles/wot-offline-server/. I don't know if it's working, but the author claims it's fully functional* with an asterisk. And who knows what the asterisk
