Специально заморочился, докупил SSD, установил Windows 10, игру не устанавливал, только гейцентр, Отыграл три дня, всё летает! :great:

Кто сидит на Windows 7 и не может обновиться на свежую ОС, попробуйте сделать всё по этой инструкции. Это обновит многие вещи в древнющей Windows 7 и есть шанс, что проблема решится.
