[1.17.0.0] reduce_logging.wotmod убирает спам в питон лог от ошибок в клиенте.

После выхода патча 1.14.0.1 питон лог стал раздуваться от записей об ошибках и найти в нем что то стало проблемой.

Мод  убирает эту и следующие спамзаписи в питон лог.
