License Software working only if connexion to get SENTINEL HASP KEY

Hello ,

i 'm using software that's need HASP LICENCE to work and open files in it
When i disable internet , it's won't work , when i activate internet , and using HTTP DEBUGGER i see this :

Once software connect to SENTINEL server , it's work , when i shut off internet and open a file in software it's says : You don't have a licence to open files

Thank's for everyone who can try to help me how to change this to get software working without internet
