New filter button for tanks with special crew members

Can u add button (s) to see tanks that have special crew members? (special members = members that have 1 or more skills already learned from the beginning)

Also a filter to see tanks who have crews with 1 skill, or 2 skills or 3 skills or 4 skills and so on....

Or a filter in the barracks for these ones might be useful too...
