XVM And players country in WoT

1- Where does XVM get the players countries from in WoT?

2- Does an API exist that i could check for players countries from?

3- any website can provide the players countries along with the status they have?

4- any way i could get a list of players in a country?

Player should set his country on the http://modxvm.com/ website.

Then check the value of flag field which contains ISO3166-1 country code.
