Xvm dont works

I have the aslain's modpack installed but xvm, but when i start the client i get the following message:

XVM 7.6.11 (8554)

Network services unavailable. more info

The read operation timed out

When i try to open the more info it tell me connection refused

Also the website of xvm keep changing the lenguage to russian every time i refresh the page and that is really annoying
