Холдинг ESforce, в который входят команды Virtus.Pro и SK Gaming, площадка Yota Arena, студия RuHub, Epicenter, Cybersport.ru и так далее, договорился о продаже 100% своих активов Mail.Ru Group. По данным RNS, официально о сделке будет объявлено в ближайшее время, а ее сумма составит 150 миллионов долларов. Вероятно, что продажа никак не повлияет на работу холдинга и ESforce останется самостоятельной структурой в составе Mail.Ru Group.
