Need help with XVM

Every time I use XVM it doesn't work since last update. Can not see crew in the tanks as well. This is with nothing touch just plain xvm nothing adjusted. I keep getting this message Please help.  Thanks ahead of time!!

 

Nevermind I found the problem. I had some how added the files into another folder it wasn't suppose to go in. I must of dragged and dropped .
