Xvm update issue for Korean users who have been migrated to Asia

Пользователи корейского сервера мигрировали на азиатский сервер

 

С тех пор пользователи корейского сервера не смогли обновить игру, несмотря на запуск и обновление xvm.

 

Как можно решить эту проблему?

 

Многие корейские пользователи, которые переехали в Азию, испытывают дискомфорт, но они не могут нигде найти ответ и просто ждать.

 

Я благодарен за всегда хорошее обслуживание, и я хотел бы попросить вас проявить интерес к этому вопросу.

Korean server users migrated to Asian servers
 
Since then, users of Korean servers have been unable to update XVM date in the game despite the activation of XVM.
 
How can this problem be solved?
 
Many users in Korea who have moved to Asia are uncomfortable, but they just wait and can't find an answer anywhere.

After that Korean users have been migrated to Asia(SEA) server for closed KR server(2017.03.13. Time in Korea), They can't  update XVM scores in game. Just previous scores before migration still appears.

 

How can it be solved?

 

As one of Korean users, if solved, I would really appreciate that. :D
